Two bald eagles soar above, and while in flight, one swoops down to the lake for a quick sip of water. You take a moment to soak in this extraordinary sight and then continue along the trail. It ascends steeply for a bit and then gently leads you to Murray Lake, located at the very end of the trail. Secluded, yet welcoming, Murray Lake exudes majestic tranquility.
